Can I earn RM12k per month starting from scratch? I guess so~

First of all, what business should i go for? Hmmm, which industry?
I guess I'll have to hit on ANY business that i can afford since i had not much capital.
Capital, 1 of the most important thing to start my own business.
So how much is my capital? Lets assume i had RM20,000 now to start my very own business in penang. Okay~
Which business allows me to start earning money with just RM20,000?
Property? Shops? Hawker? Minimarket? Bla bla bla... No idea.
OK Fine.
Asking myself a Question, What is the thing that malaysia had the most?
Hmmmm, unemployed + fierce looking indian guy? ( im not racist, this is what i could thought of at the moment sorry guys >< )

So, how to make good use of them if i really would like to earn some little cash?

What can they do?

Listing out job that is suitable for people that i can afford to hire :
Cleaner, Bouncer, Worker to carry stuff, mamak's waiter, Security guard ( ok until this point i think i got an idea already )

Security Guard. Who needs security guard and did not had one?

Penang's Bungalow, terrace!!! Hmmmm...
Do i need a license to start a very own private security company? Well, At the moment i do not have an answer. So jst F it and we assume we do not need a license for it then.

Who would like to pay for a company like me to secure his / her house? Well, Lets google "rompakan penang".

The first search was "GEORGETOWN: Polis Pulau Pinang berjaya menemui RM54,000 iaitu sebahagian daripada RM160,000 yang dilarikan oleh kumpulan bersenjata yang menyamun sebuah van milik syarikat keselamatan, Syarikat Property Protection Sdn Bhd, di Paya Terubong 19 Mei lalu...."

So, Lets just target at Paya Terubong first. Who might be the target that is interested in buying my service?

And i googled Lintang Paya Terubong, there's around 160 houses which that area got no security guard and the houses were double storey terrace. So assuming they can afford to pay for our service. and only 70% out of the resident there are interested in our service, which is 112, i make it 110 people who will pay us for this service.

So, how much would you pay for a security service per month? Lets say RM150 per house. RM150 x 110 = RM16,500

And with 110 house, i think it would be nice for 4 security to work for that, 6pm till 6am which thats the time they are needed. RM1000 per security, it would cost me RM4,000 per month and my monthly revenue would be RM12,500 per month.
